Great Customer Service and Solid Bike Once Set UpI had a few issues with the bike when it first arrived, but I have to say—the customer service team was excellent. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and helped me resolve everything in a timely and respectful way.They walked me through the process and made sure I understood each step, which I really appreciated. Once everything was sorted out, the bike has been running great and is exactly what I was hoping for. Smooth ride, good power, and perfect for commuting around the city.Highly recommend this bike, especially knowing that the support team truly stands behind their product.

UPDATE BELOW Haven't yet been able to ride it - Tire blew out immediately upon inflating
I WILL update the stars once I've been able to actually ride it and test it out, but as of right now I'm sitting here stuck at home with no mode of transportation when I legitimately planned my week out around having this bike. So I'm pretty upset (at the circumstances, not sure if anyone is to BLAME, per se) as of right now.The bike arrived on time. It was fairly easy to assemble... as easy as a bike might be. Once I got to the part where you start inflating the tires, the back tire blew out before I even finished inflating it to the range listed on the instructions. I immediately contacted customer service (not via Amazon, they led me to Vivi) and they were pretty responsive fairly quickly. They are mailing me a new tube (I literally don't even know what that is) and I know nothing of fixing a tire or tube (whatever the heck that is...) so now my struggle is finding a way to get this bike to a shop so that they can re-tube (?) it and put the tire back on. I read some other reviews saying the tires aren't great as is, so I may end up just buying new tires, I don't know yet - but let me tell you, I'm super sad about this situation. I had all these appointments and plans... For the last month I've been stuck in an apartment in a new state where I don't know a single person and I don't have a car. This bike was supposed to alleviate me of being cooped up (of course I get outside and take walks but I can't go anywhere to run any errands or go anywhere specific... I have a baby so I can't take an uber [no car seat because I have no car] and this bike was going to be my saving grace. When the new tube or tire or whatever arrives, I will be sure to update the review but I picked this bike because of how quickly it could get here and I am sick of being stuck at home, so this is a pretty big disappointment right now.UPDATE: The Vivi company is VERY quick to respond and actually continually reached out to me to check on the status of my issue. I didn't want to wait for them to send me new tires (5-7 days shipping I'm sure) so I took it to a bike shop. Funnily enough, it took him a week to order the tires and install them himself, so the timing was moot, but they reimbursed me for the bike repair and very quickly at that - they were actually reaching out to me for the receipt so they could pay me lol. The bike rides smooth and the electric is so much fun! It's my first e-bike. I will say that if you're used to Trek bikes like I am, it may take some adjusting to the style of the bike... most bikes (such as this one) have pedals that go pretty directly underneath your body - Trek uses pedals that are placed further out front so you're almost sitting like you would in a car with your feet forward. I guess I was used to that pedal placement and I had to get used to riding this way, but my husband tried it and he has never had a Trek and he doesn't notice anything funny about the pedals at all. Just thought it might be worth mentioning if you came from Trek.Anyway - highly recommend due to 1) the ease of putting together, 2) the quick delivery, 3) the price, and 4) the VERY responsive customer serviceAt the end of the day it's probably a comparable ebike to many others but we don't have any complaints yet!!

A lot of zip ties when I opened the box, so have a sharp knife. Pretty easy to put together. Delivered in 2 days. Good bike.

Had some problems but Julia from Vivi reached out to me and fixed it finally
I purchased this bike on 11/25/2022. The bike looked great and worked great for just about 2 1/2 months. One reason I bought this bike was because it was in stock at Amazon and my girlfriend really liked the way it looked. Of course, just a couple of weeks after Amazon's return window closed the bike died completely. I contacted Amazon, and they told me I had to contact the manufacturer, which I did through Amazon, and have all the history of going back and forth with them for just about 3 months to resolve this issue. First of all, since I made sure the product was in stock with Amazon and not sold through a 3rd party Amazon should have helped me resolve this issue. That being said, the bike is supposed to have a 1-year warranty. After taking several pictures and going back and forth with the manufacturer they finally started sending me a couple of parts to try and fix it (which was always delayed, oh sorry I gave you the wrong tracking number) After both parts did not fix the problem and 3 months of trying to get this resolved(the bike hasn't worked now longer than it worked) I received a message from them saying maybe the parts we send you may have been defective can we send them all again and also compensate you $30 for your time. I told them it was time for them to do the right thing and give us a new bike since it was under warranty. Their final message to me was to contact Amazon to get a replacement or refund. Amazon tells me to contact them. I have been an Amazon customer since basically the beginning of them selling online and have purchased so many items I can't even tell you. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how they let a company like this sell products on their website. Plus, let's not forget I made sure this was in stock at Amazon and they should have resolved this problem for me themselves. You can buy the bike if you want but even if it is in Amazon stock you might run into the same issues that I have and waste several hours and months trying to get this resolved.Update: Julia contacted me, the head of customer service after I posted this review. She informed me that the guy that was giving me the runaround for just about 3 months was let go and asked "What can she do to help me" I told her I needed a new bike as I'd wasted many months trying every fix and still didn't have a working bike (plus it has a 1year warranty) Long story short she was very helpful and nice and shipped me a new bike. I was away for the holiday weekend so I'm just editing this now. The bikes really are nice it was just a tough process at first getting help but I do feel like they are working hard on fixing this issue. I still have to build the new bike this week sometime but I'm very confident and hopeful everything will work perfectly. Once I have it up and working I'll adjust this post to 5 stars already adjusted it to 4 stars. Thank you again Julia for all your help!Update: The bike is built and works great so far.
