I would have given 5 stars but the 6mths supply is misleading. As you can see from the pistures of the back of the bottle it suggests 2 capsules for adults. 180÷2=90 I think we all agree, that's 3mths supply which tbh is not bad however the ad states 6mths hence 3 stars.
