I am very picky when it comes to dark chocolate and have been ordering artisanal 100% dark chocolate (Antidote) for years. Recently they have been out of stock on the 100% dark chocolate bars so i had been searching for a comparable alternative. Decided to take a chance on these and very happy that I did! These dark chocolate bars are very smooth, taste great for a full dark chocolate bar and arrived in tact (not melted). Very happy and would recommend for those super dark, no sugar chocolate connoisseurs!

This is pure decadence in cacao chocolate bar. I eat these as is. And cook with them of course. Try them with Sa’mores(sp), cuts down on sugar from the marshmallows. Totally sugar free and excellent taste.

It is not 100% cacao, it is 100% "cacao content", whatever that means. It tastes like milk chocolate...

We paired this with fruit and the bitter with the sweet was perfect. It melts well. If you don't like dark chocolate this is not for you. The chocolate bars were well worth the money.

Can't wait to melt this on some dates.
