I bought this to help with an at home teeth whitening pen I purchased. Works great. Drool starts running out of your mouth immediately, maybe lie down while using. I was doing chores so I stuffed a paper towel between the guard and my face to absorb it. After about 15-20 mins it does begin to get uncomfortable, for 45 mins I went through 5 paper towel guards. When removed it did leave a line of demarcation, so give yourself about 10 mins to wear off. I purchased this one with 12 because I wasn’t sure how it would be. It’s firm and not flimsy, I see myself just washing and cleaning the same guard, so I guess I will go look for 11 strangers to let me whiten their teeth because waste is not an option. I would include a picture I snapped but that could be used for blackmail. Great product :)

Purchased these cheek retractors for the game Open Mouth where you trying to say a phrase with these in your mouth. Hysterically funny and get social game for even a small group. The retractors can be cleaned for repeat use, however they aren't overly sturdy and could break. My 12 year old managed to break his during the game but he has was having way too much fun pulling it in and out and in and out. haha. They are made of simple plastic but they hold the cheeks open well.

Ok. So you probably saw that Youtube video of those people playing the word game with these things. We figured it would be the perfect game to play at a family reunion, so we ordered these.Overall they worked great. They did tend to hurt the gums a bit, but once you learned how to adjust them in your mouth with your lips, etc, they worked quite well.They won't work as well on bigger mouths as you are able to enunciate a bit more.We played the Heads Up game on our phones with the people describing the word wearing these contraptions. It was so funny. I'd definitely recommend these for those party games.4 instead of 5 stars for the slight discomfort in the mouth - I know. What do you expect?

LOVE THEM! Make sure you put them in the correct way. Bigger lip guard part, goes inside your mouth. Hurts a little at first, but they seem to not stay quite as tight. <It's a good thing, especially for kids. Used them on almost every age. Youngest was 9. They are also very sturdy and I put them in the dishwasher. Works great. :)

If you are a child or just want to laugh like one you've got to get this! We are in our, let's say upper years, and our Children in upper 20s. I saw this and didn't really understand how it worked but it is a game a child can play as well as us who have to chase our dentures when we start to laugh. Oh yes, that happened but it was the most fun we've had in a Very long time. We don't get it out to much because we start laughing so much we never finish a game. And if you have a grumpy Uncle in the corner, get him to try it one time, and if he doesn't loose his dentures it's because he doesn't wear them. I wish they had this when we were Young and had friends over, greatest game Ever.Cathy

I purchased these for a game as I needed extra pieces for all adults to play game night. It states fits most adults but seem to be medium size. It was too easy to be to speak the phrases. I’m petite and I was able to speak clearly. They arrived too late for me to research “large” size to reorder another brand. Disappointed. Quality is good otherwise.
