Straightforward installation, functions well
It fit right into the irrigation line to help convert from street pressure and spray heads to high efficiency stream rotor heads.

Works great
I was so glad to see they finally came out with a combo unit for pressure reducing/filtering. It made it possible to have a lower profile manifold by not having to add another 6" for pressure reducer. It works great too and amazon sells it for less than half the price of other stores. Plus, you are not paying for a pressure reducer and filter separately. What can I say, I'll never go back to the old way again as this product makes it a "no brainer"! Buy it, you wont regret it.

Bought 2 both cracked
I have 110 psi and the first one broke never should have bought second one it broke too. When sprinklers shut off the hammer cracked it and luckily caught it both times before too much flooding. I replaced with a metal one

Product says 40 psi, but this one was much higher.
I had to put two pressure regulators on a large 1.5 inch PVC line going in opposite directions. I put the Rainbird on one and another regulator that I bought from a sprinkler store on the other. When I tested it before installing the drip system, almost all the water went through the Rainbird regulator and a small amount went through the other regulator. There is no way that the Rainbird regulator was holding at 40 psi. Unfortunately, I purchased it more than 30 days ago so I am out of luck. I would not recommend this product for a drip system.

It saves time and space by having two in one ...
It saves time and space by having two in one but it cracked the first time we had freezing temperatures.
