Heard a lot about these, so thought I would give them a go. Can’t say I’ve noticed any difference, but early days.

Great matt, can’t recommend enough

I bought this for my husband to use while he's working from home.It fits under his desk. Very comfortable to have his feet on. He does his grounding while working on his laptop!The mat has a neat piping around it, unlike another one i bought online elsewhere.It is a decent size and i guess it could also be used at the feet side of the bed to be doing grounding over night - although we haven't tried it that way yet, but may do at some point.

I am very intune with m body and was looking forward to trying this out...never been so disappointed! I felt nothing whatsoever, it felt like a placebo and using it at night, under my legs...forget it, it felt so cold all night through....had to return it.

I’ve used it on and off and slept with it on. I definitely feel sensations on my legs when I first used it. It has helped me to sleep but it took a few weeks for my body to get used to it.

doesnt seem to do anything at all, a waste of money imho
