NOT LOW CARB
This is definitely not low carb, so disappointed! Contains potatoe starch. The first bag I got did not have the nutrition facts sticker on it so I did not know. Once I ordered my second bag, (I thought I had found a miracle low carb noodle) I looked at the nutrition facts.

THIS IS NOT LOW CARB!!!!
THIS IS A TOTAL LIE......there are 52gs of carbs per serving (which is actually MORE than regular pasta). With that many carbs this cannot be konji or shiritake noodles. The won't let me return it either. SCAM

BEWARE False information - not even close to low carb!
Initially I was so psyched to find dried shirataki noodles thinking I could make keto-friendly soup mixes for camping & backpacking. These noodles have 4 servings in a bag making them very expensive and now a total waste of my money. They are 221 calories per 100 g. serving and they have 52.3 g. of carbs per serving with 23.8 g of fiber for a total of 28.5 net carbs per serving. I don't do net carbs, but even if I did that's about as much as a pack of Reese's peanut butter cups! Not to mention they contain potato starch. Save your money and pass on these if you are Keto.

Not what it claimed on Amazon.
It is a product of China, produced in a small city in Soutern region of Shaanxi province. It is not pure as it contains 15% potato starch.
