BESTKEE Lightsaber Umbrella LED Light up Golf Umbrellas with 7 Color Changing On The Shaft/Built in Torch at Bottom

This umbrella is so cool. I was certain it would seem flimsy or poorly made, but as soon as I opened the box, I was put in my place. Ths umbrella canopy, mechanism, and light bar are very sturdy and I have confident that this will work for a long time. The light saber rod has a flashlight at the bottom of the pole which is a white light that is different than the color changing part. THe umbrella mechanism slides open easily and is held in place with pressure, rather than a snap. I am giving this to my son for Christmas. He is 6 years old. When my 11 year old daughter saw it, she wanted it for herself and was disappointed. Oh well, such is life. Very happy with this umbrella and I'm sure my son will be as well.

This is the most fantastic umbrella ever! I'm very glad I bought it. It's very durable, even in high winds. It slides open very smoothly and doesn't catch when taking it down either. The carrying case is very helpful and allows you to have your hands free when not in use or on public transportation, with chance of leaving it behind, because you can just wear it over your shoulder or back. It can cycle through all of the colors constantly, or it can stay on just one. It has the options of Red, Green, Blue, Purple and White. There's also a LED Flashlight on the bottom of the handle. It takes 3 AAA batteries and they seem to be lasting quite a bit. The lights are bright enough to see even during the day time. I was very surprised and pleased at the quality and durability. The carrying case and close strap display the logo of the brand, but it's not emblazoned anywhere else. A great buy. :)

Very cool umbrella! I've been looking for a Blade Runner style umbrella that had a light up handle and wondered why this hadn't been made before!! Was so excited to buy this and try it out. The umbrella itself is well made, opens very easily (manual) and also comes with a pouch to hold it when not in use.The umbrella illuminates well but is really only visible at night when it is dark. During the twilight / dusk, it's hard to see, but in dark settings works well. My only gripe is that you have to cycle through all the colors / modes in order to turn it off or get the color you want. They should have designed it so that a long press of the switch turns it on and off and configure it so that it remember the last color / mode it was on. Of the (7) options, I preferred blue and it was embarrassing to have to go through pink, purple, green, etc every time in public settings.The handle of the umbrella features two switches:- BOTTOM Switch controls an LED light that points downwards but requires 3 x AAA batteries (not included).- SIDE Switch cycles through (7) light modes that illuminate the acrylic 'shaft' or clear part of the umbrella.I really wanted a white light option like the movie but unfortunately, the 'white' mode is all the colors on at the same time, which produces a rainbow-like effect rather than a bright white light. They should have put the downwards-facing white LED as an 8th mode option..An umbrella 'hilt' is included that allows you to wear it across your back or over the shoulder, but I found it to be cumbersome as it tended to lean sideways or backwards (depending on how you were wearing it) due to the weight of the umbrella, often bumping into people especially in crowded areas unless the strap was held in place. They should make it a 3-point sling type pouch so that it can be worn more securely in a vertical fashion.Overall, it's a well built umbrella with adequate lighting for evening use. I hope Bestkee's next version works out all the bugs and is even better!

When a Jedi mentor of mine announced that the Force had called him to leave the Jedi Temple in his home town of Galactic City, Coruscant and across the galaxy, I wanted to give him a parting gift. When I learned he would arrive during the planet's rainy season, it only made sense to give him a lightsaber umbrella to protect him from both the rain and his adversaries. Unfortunately, neither the Sith nor the Jedi teach how to make a lightsaber umbrella (weird, right?). Fortunately, though, BESTKEE produced such an item and it received a vast majority of favorable reviews from other Force users and lightsaber practitioners. Also, the cost of Republic Credits seemed reasonable, so I submitted an order.When the item arrived, I had to test it to see if it was a gift worth of my mentor. At first, I was a little disappointed that it arrived with no AAA Kyber crystals then I remembered the distributor mentioned that in the description. Fortunately, I had exactly three AAA Kyber crystals in my T-16 Skyhopper (you never know when your lightsaber goes kaput) and briefly installed them into the lightsaber umbrella (very easy to do, the handle unscrews in half and the Kyber crystal cradle easily slides out of the lower portion).The umbrella itself is definitely large enough for a single Jedi and feels well made. The lightsaber itself shines bright and the multi-color feature is most enjoyable. Tired of your blue blade? Change it to green, purple, indigo, or yellow. Feeling a little dark? Show it with red. Feeling festive? Cycle through all the colors. Finally, for those moments you drop the keys to your speeder in pitch darkness, there's white light emitting diode inside the bottom of the handle. Simply press the diode emit the light and then press it again to cease the emission. The shoulder carry sleeve is a nice touch and keeps everything compact and neat.I gave it my approval but that didn't really matter. Would my mentor enjoy it? The answer came as resounded "Yes!" when my mentor unboxed the umbrella and a gleaming smile radiated from his face. I knew I had made the right decision. It rained outside the evening he unwrapped the gift and I knew it wouldn't be long until he showed it off to his peers, mentors, and padawans. All in all, an excellent product!
