Q: If these pies are shipped from Katz via Amazon and Amazon puts these pies in a box with cool packs then how safe before being refrozen upon delivery?

Currently, Amazon does not package or ship our products. If the products are packaged and shipped from Amazon they are not being sold by us, Katz Gluten Free Bakery. This can change in the future, but not as of yet. Our products ship frozen and thaw in-transit. They will arrive ready to eat. Please freeze immediately if you do not plan consuming the same day of receipt.

Q: Where is the expiration date..? On the box is says November 5th and its the 18th does that Mean its expired or that's the day it was packed

Just checked my box of "mini pies" which has a sticker on bottom of box: 3-16-21. That's my last box. Usually have boxes of several items of which has date is many months later.
