I am reporting this unusual color and texture of a new 1 liter bottle of Fekkai shampoo to the Fekkai company with a copy of the color change shown above. The new Fekkai shampoo arrived over a month ago and I have only lately opened it but stopped when I discovered that the color and consistency was different. I poured out about 2oz., shown above. The remainder is at its usual consistency.The reply I received from Fekkai was "to contact the Customer Service of Amazon and to have them work for a resolution" which prompted me to send this product to Amazon.

Have been using this shampoo, when I can find it, and it is truly a great product. Rinses out easily, leaving your hair squeaky clean.

Very expensive ,no better than the Fekkai shampoo that used to be available at my drugstore. Also I had no home delivery, had to stand in a long lineup at a postal outlet, to pick up,which totally turned me off Amazon !
