hi there sorry for this issue , because our shippment all by amazon,so old ones and new ones mixed , but not so many old ones ,for navy color i think all true to size , you can choose navy ,and also we designed no elasitic band just( waist different) on the way you will see them soon !

Q: I wear a size 48 what size should I buy?

For my husband they fit true to size.
