It was ok.
Bought this for a work thing. Wanted to be different but inline with jerky and I guess that is where I messed up. This stuff isn't jerky. The flavors were good and that's what pushed it from a three star to a four. Fine to try, but doubt I'll ever buy again. My coworkers "liked it" but didn't say much more than that. Too expensive to just have it be so-so.

seriously past the BEST BY Date !!
I've had biltong before, in South Africa, my wife is from there. After eagerly waiting several weeks to try out a new brand of biltong, upon opening the package I saw the BEST BY date of 11/06/2023 ! What?!?! 2023 - that's ridiculous. Very disturbing and disappointing.
