Yes it will but the wipes will have to be travel sized because of the strap quality. I'm not confident it will hold up long term.

Yes a small glass case will fit. The length is not a problem, but the case can not be very thick. My case fits just fine, also fit my wallet, key chain, makeup, passport and cell phone. You gonna love this super cute bag.

Q: Will it fit a long wallet?

It depends on how long it is. If it's over 8 inches it won't fit comfortably. Most wallets that hold a checkbook and have a billfold area, credit card holder and zippered change pocket would probably be too big for this mini backpack. You may be able to get it in on an angle, but there wouldn't be room for too many other things then.
