No, it's not mentioned on the ingredient list. It's the same brand my hair stylist uses for brows

I have only used it on brows. I think I would want a professional if I were to tint eyelashes.

Not sure of shelf life. I would think 6 months to a year as any other hair coloring product.

Q: Is it okay to wet after application or should I wait 24 hours? Does crying fade it at all?

It’s ok to wet if you are just coloring… what’s not ok to wet until 24 hours later is if you are adding a lift or a lamination. Crying will be ok as well. 🫶🏻
