It did what it was supposed to do when I made both, turkey and chicken lunch meat. I wish I could figure out a way to make the product less grainy, but that has nothing to do with the sausage maker.

Poor packaging
Normally sausage maker has quality stuff. Their packaging needs work. Not the first time ive received products that didnt have any protection and were opem and spilled all ove inside the packaging. If they fixed this issue they would save money on refunds
