Love this product! BTW it arrived w/in 24 hours. I opened the package, put on the heel protectors and started walking. Wow! No pain! I can hardly believe it. Such a simple, inexpensive product and it works to take away the pain in my heels and allows me to enjoy my long walks in nature, and my walking around doing chores and regular house work. No more pain, no more sudden or lasting pain to worry about. Thank you for this terrific product!

The support inserts suppose to provide comfort, relief, and functionality for the consumer who is looking for a way to get relief from heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, and foot pain. As a consumer, I was extremely disappointed with the product. The product curled up frequently while I was active or resting. In addition, the foot insoles NEVER remained in place. Please, by all means, BEWARE, folks, when purchasing or deciding on foot insoles also. As consumers, we understand the importance to do research when we are buying products. Obviously, this Armstrong America product does NOT perform what it is labeled to perform.A dissatisfied customer. Overall I discovered I was unable to obtain a refund from the seller.

I loved these at first and thought they would change my life forever, and then I washed them. After washing they weren't the same because they didn't stick to my heel as well and would slide and roll up throughout the day in my shoes. Even wearing them at night doesn't work anymore because they get all jenky and will even come off completely and get lost forever in the space between my wall and bed.Though they have little air holes in them, you may find (like I did) that they're not incredibly breathable. If your feet tend to sweat and you wear these in shoes all day, be prepared for the smell of bad sharp cheddar or stale corn chips to fill your entire one bedroom apartment. Very rank. Very potent.This does not matter to me if the product works and is comfortable, but could be a deal-breaker for single folks or those in the beginning stages of a relationship. Thankfully, my boyfriend did not break up with me after I chased him around my place and forced him to smell a gel pad after being in my shoe for 10 hours (that's when I knew he was the one).I'm very sad that these didn't work out better. After all, we had such a promising start. I'm moving on now and have ordered "The ORIGIONAL X Brace for Foot Pain". They look very airy and will hopefully be good to wear in my shoes all day without smelling reminiscent of bad versions of foods I like (and would prefer to continue to like).

This silicone gel pad truly takes a lot of pressure off the bottom of your feet where you experience the discomfort from the plantar fasciitis. Whenever I wear it, I can feel the difference, but you have to use it most of the times when you wear any sandal or shoe that has a hard unpadded surface to prevent pain. I wish they were made in skin tones, then I would wear it more with my flats instead of a pad insert which is not visible to the eye. I would recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing this problem. It really is a relief.

I noticed that as of this writing there were not any "verified purchases" so I thought I would add a review since I purchased these gel pads on Amazon.Note: I do not suffer from any of the conditions listed in the ad so I have no idea how well these Gel Pads would work for such but they are comfortable.I work from home so I wear slippers most of the day. I purchased these gel pads because they look like they would work well for my purpose which is to add some heel support since I am not wearing structured shoes in the house. I notice that my feet are more comfortable in the slippers when I am wearing the gel pads. I find the pads easy to put on and take off and I suspect they should go a long way towards protecting the health of my heels so that I do not develop any issues with my feet.Washing: I hand wash the gel pads with a drop of liquid dish soap in a bowl of water and add a dash of white vinegar to sanitize them then let them drip dry. The pads dry quickly since the gel material does not absorb water. Also, you get 3 pairs in the package which is a plus.Sizing: I wear Women's size 9 to 9.5 medium width shoes which equates to Men's size 8 medium width shoes. A statement on the package reads "one size fits most feet." The silicone gel is very stretchy so fitting larger sizes should not be an issue. If you happen to wear a really small size shoe like a 5 or 6 these may be a little loose on the foot as they do not feel tight on my feet, but I have not noticed any slipping when I walk. Since this is a new product for me I cannot yet say how well they will hold up over time; if they will stretch out, or continue to fit well.Origin: Finally for anyone that might want to know the gel pads are made in China. I normally try to buy products made in the USA. The package states that the gel pads are made from Medical Grade Silicone so I am thinking there should not be any concern about the chemicals used in the manufacturing of these gel pads yet I always have some doubt about safety of any products made in China. I would give 5 stars if the product was made in the USA.

These were not all that effective for me. I wear a woman's size 9.5 and did not notice any real compression. As heel pads go, these were alright -a little like walking on a jellyfish-but the material that wraps around the top of the foot is very fragile and tears easily. I was unable to get more than one or two wears out of each sleeve, and in a couple cases they tore on me in the middle of the day and I had to pitch them because of the way they flopped out the side of my shoe. I don't think there is anything defective in the material, and the packaging was fine. It's just the nature of the silicone material to be fragile.
