Yes! Used on my youngest girl of 4. Her hair is the driest of all and I was so concerned because none of the hair products Ive used for the last 25 years seemed to do anything for her coarse, dry hair. This was recommended. Q: How how to use this product

I massage the oil into my scalp at least 3 days a week and after each wash. The light oil moisturizer I work that right in the hair shaft and also add a few drops when shampooing or condition and to all my DIY hair products

For course hair it should be left in but for finer hair it can be used as a hot oil treatment, or in conjunction with a deep conditioner... The manufacturer doesn't specifically say that it's just for black hair
