Works great, I wish it had more current capacity
Excellent bench power supply, it may not be top of the line and deliver perfect power, but it does deliver with reasonable tolerances. Lots of great features, I use this for powering arbitrary electronics I'm working on to verify their functionality. This goes up to 6A max, which is enough for *most* purposes, but sometimes I need just a bit more power and 10A might be better suited for my needs.

Reliable. Just what I wanted.
I leave it running every night for 10 hours to slow charge my iPhone at 400 milliamps current limit. I’ve been slow charging my phone for a year now and only have 2% battery degradation. It pays for itself even if it prevents just one battery replacement. So many people are trying to shove 100 watts of power into their phones as fast as possible and wonder why batteries are catching on fire or why pollution is so bad. There is always time.

Seems accurate. I'd buy another if needed.
Purchased to provide external power to stmicro H7 MCU for education (of myself). Works good, also I'd recommend watching some youtube videos on how to use bench power supplies. I thought I knew everything regarding operations of bench power supplies but was wrong. This power supply works perfect especially now that I know exactly how current and voltage limiting works.

Nice little power supply
This is a nice little power supply. Output appears steady and true to display. Do yourself a favor though - make a set of larger gauge leads. The ones that come with it are way to small to push power through.

Good prodcut
It's amazing how many others on Amazon all happen to have the same 0-30V 10A specs, like they're all cloning the same cheap hardware with brands you'll never see anywhere else. I bought this one because it was different and it was a real product on UNI-T's website. It's been reliable and I recommend it.

quite accurate, has output button, easy to see display
I wish the knob adjustment timeout was longer, 3 seconds is too short.voltage consistently about 3-4 mV over preset value, but that's ok.

Quality for the Price
I like the fact it has power on/off switch on back of unit, and that the output button is separate. This allows you to make adjustments before depressing output button. The only small thing I didn't really care for was to set VO and AO, you must first push in on knobs to select setting then turn. Just a little something to get used to, but not a big problem.

Potentialy Dangerous
I recently purchased the UTG962 signal generator, bundled with a UTP1306 power supply (See my separate report on the UTG962).The UTP1306 has a potentially dangerous quirk which is either by design or is a defect. If I want to provide a voltage of 20mV to a circuit and it is connected to the UTP1306, an initial voltage of about 1.5V appears on the terminals when the On/Off button is pressed. Look at the enclosed oscillograms. This problem exists until the desired voltage is set to 2V or more. Note: the target circuit is high impedance. The problem is not apparent with an impedance, for example, of 50 Ohms. This is another dangerous behavior of the UTP1306:1. Set the voltage to 12V.2. Set the current to 3A.3. Set OCP to 1A.4. Connect an incandescent lamp to the UTP1306. I used a car brake lamp which draws about 2.5A.5. With OCP enabled, press the On/Off button. The current will jump up to the full current of the lamp BEFORE the OCP activates. It should shut down if the current tries to rise beyond the value set in step 3.I gave this product two stars because it "works" and, after a second attempt, the Support people did respond to my concerns. The response to the OCP issue was:"Function of OCP: The OCP function is not turned on before you activate it, you can set any value,When you turn on OCP: if the value you output is greater than the set 1A protection value, the output will be automatically turned off for protection."However, they seemed to misunderstand or ignore my concerns so, for me; no resolution. They did acknowledge the 1.5V spike but don't consider it to be an issue, rather, they attributed the problems to, "OCP is a function of the power supply, and it is also a personal use habit, not a product quality problem". I am returning the UTP1306.
