I bought this because I needed a vitamin that was non acidic. This absolutely fits the bill. Easy to swallow and no nasty aftertaste and does not cause problems with my interstitial cystitis.

I have suffered from IC for nine years now. Just about everything to me is an irritant, and because of that, I desperately needed something to help me keep my nutritional vitamin and mineral levels up. At first, I was skeptical about trying Bladder Smart and, in fact, just downright scared to try it because every other multivitamin I have tried thus far has flared me for weeks. So with great trepidation, I got the courage and gave this multivitamin a try, and to my surprise and great pleasure, this multivitamin worked incredibly well. I have not had one flare whatsoever using Bladder Smart. I read the ingredients on the label and liked its contents, noticing it had buffered vitamin C. They also use burdock root, so I looked that up, and it is an alkalizer and anti-inflammatory. The company that makes this product is called Natural Approach Urology. I also looked them up; all they specialize in is IC and UTI support products. I am grateful to finally find a multivitamin that I can tolerate for my IC. Thank you to Natural Approach Urology for developing this product for IC sufferers. I recommend this product to my fellow ICers!

This vitamin provided my nutrition needs without causing the irritation that regular Vitamin C causes.

I am able to take and it sure not bother my bladder!

This vitamin does not bother my bladder. But I recently had blood drawn, and my B12 level is extremely high. This vitamin has 500% daily need for B12 and you take 2 a day. My doctor has taken me off for this reason.

I ordered the BLADDER SMART Low Acid Multivitamin 60 Capsules. I should have listened to my gut feeling this would irritate my bladder, but I ordered it anyway just to give it a try and figured what the heck, why not. After the first day I knew immediately it was causing IC pain. I tried it for about 3 days just to make sure it wasn't a fluke from something else, and this indeed really irritated my bladder, so I can't take it. However, I will probably give this to my young son since he needs some vitamins. If you deal with IC, It's really going to be hit and miss what will work for you since everybody's bodies are different. For example, I can only drink distilled water as everything else causes pain, But some people have no issues with certain waters. I can't rate supplements poorly when my body is the one that's complicated. But I do think low acid is important. Personally, I just need to eat my vitamins and minerals in my food and occasionally drink acerola cherry powder in distilled water.

I have had idiopathic peripheral neuropathy for many years. Recent research show that high Vitamin B6 blood readings can cause or worsen neuropathy. My neurologist ran tests and found that my B6 levels were indeed elevated. I had to stop taking my multi-vitamin and look for one that contains no B6. I was grateful to find this product.

Having IC , it's difficult to find vitamins that don't irritate my bladder. These are wonderful . Will reorder again ! Thank you for offering options for the IC community 💕
