Works well and operation simple...
I am hearing impaired and wear hearing aids during the day. However, they must br removed at night to be charged. I have tried several clocks and none were loud enough to wake me or dirctions for operation of vibrator not easy to understand. This dual clock is super. Loud and so easy to operate. Love it! Definitely recommend.

Anti-bed alarm clock
This cute little clock WILL wake you up.. and maybe your neighbors. Have problems hearing your alarm? Not with this one! There are a couple of alarm tones so you don't become immune. But they are all LOUD!. I got the bed shaker because I really hate getting out of bed.. Well now I'm scared to stay IN bed. That shaker goes off and I am UP & OUT! Might have cut down on my caffeine use too.Setting it with the little knobs - there are a few things that make me happy and this is one - turn the knob to set, not click click click click..CRAP.. start over.. click, click .. nope! knob up and down, no waking everyone else up for daylight savings. Alarm off/on is easy to see at a glance. So when you question if you set the alarm it is effortless. It has the option for 2 alarms. 12/24 hour display - I like this option so there is no question if I set it for am or pm.I had been using it for a while and had an issue with one of the buttons. I contacted the seller and they were back in contact with me the next day. I explained the problem and they sent me a replacement in no time. I appreciate that level of customer service!!

Very Nice Quality
quality built. The vibration is super helpful in waking up my son who sleeps very hard. Noise level is very loud.

A nice clock, with the vibrator as the key reason to choose it.
The clock is easy to use, and its cute. The functions are intuitive and it works well. The knobs on top (that look like bells) are used to adjust hours (left) and minutes (right) for setting the time and the alarms. Both will also adjust the brightness of the display. I will say that the dimming function is not 0-100% (which this company does offer in a different model)--there are discrete "clicks" to raise and lower the brightness, and I count 7 different levels of illumination. This is far superior to most clocks, which tend to offer only a hi-low option, but its not as awesome as their other clock (which is smaller and also costs around 30 bucks--currently its 26). This one: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YNX5D1V/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1The smaller clock has a dimmer dial that truly lets you control the brightness all the way up and down. This is the feature that previously led me to purchase the smaller clock, and I absolutely love it (you can find my review under that model). The lowest setting on this one is indeed quite low, but the most discriminating sleeper might prefer to take it even lower, which you can only do with the smaller clock. The reason you might choose this one over the smaller one would probably be for the vibrate-to-wake feature. If you have someone sleeping next to you who does not want to get up as early as you do, this is a great idea. My test results for this feature are inconclusive because all of the beds in my house lack a box spring; they have a wood frame under the top mattress. In these cases, the vibrate function is also very loud because the vibrator is sitting on wood. This defeats the purpose. For research purposes, I placed the vibrator below the couch cushions, which is soft above and below. Even on the lowest setting (of 3), it was still a bit noisy (the dog launched like a rocket, but the vibrations also probably startled him, which is the point). I lay on this and listened, and I think it would still wake up my wife from the noise it makes (light sleeper). Perhaps if you have a thick bed with soft box spring and mattress, it would be quieter. I think I'd suggest to the manufacturer that they make the low setting LOWER.I do like this clock but, for my situation, the smaller one is better. The vibrate feature (if it will work for you) is the draw to this one. The smaller clock has a radio (which you can use to wake), which this one does not. The smaller clock has 2 USB ports, vs 1 on this model. The smaller clock also has a thermometer, if you want to know. And the smaller clock is...well, smaller.Note that this will still run the alarms on battery power, which is very rare (also true for the smaller one). This company makes great clocks. Choose wisely.[Disclosure: they offered me a free sample of this one in exchange for my honest review, which you just read. I assume they did this because I wrote a 5-star review for the smaller clock, which was bought and reviewed entirely of my own volition. I actually bought two of the smaller ones (for my kids) without any external motivation.]

Great for deep sleepers
The alarm is nice and loud, while the hockey puck shakes you awake. Great if you are a heavy sleeper. You can set two alarms which is nice if you need a pre-wake up alarm like I do to knock you out of your deep sleep.

Started great for three weeks
UPDATE: after posting this review, the seller (not manufacturer) emailed me and asked if they could make it right either with a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement, received it quickly, and it seems to be working great!I was disappointed at first, but this shop really does have great customer service, so while I can’t 💯 rely on the product’s value, I do believe that if there is an issue the shop will do their best to make it right!I was so excited to buy this product for my 12 year old! For the first 3 weeks it worked great. We received the clock September 5th, and it was a few days later before I was able to set it up for her. It stopped working three weeks later on September 29. The vibrating function quit, and the on/off switch literally fell into the unit (pics and video included.) Unfortunately we were prepping for and took a big family fall break trip during that time, so my return window closed on October 5. Sad, but fine. Looked up company info and warranty, and read the clock has a warranty and to contact the company. Great! On October 19th I did so, provided all the info asked for as well as these photos and video. I did not ask for a refund but requested a replacement. Within a few hours, I received the following response: “Sorry, your order has exceeded the warranty period. We're unable to provide you with a warranty.”So proceed with caution. The clock is cute and would be great if it worked! But if it doesn’t, or breaks, you’re screwed. And the customer service is AWFUL. Now I’m out $30 and still need an alarm clock.
