Chinese health tea
This tea is the best tea I have ever tried. The little packets make it easier for use at work.

Being said I read up alot on Chinese teas and their benefits, I love the colorful looks of the herbs and the taste is so good

Overall taste and aroma quite pleasant once I controlled the inclluded sugar.
What you get here are individual bags that need opening giving you a loose product so ideally you need either your own 'tea draw bags' or some sort of infuser to allow you to steep the 'tea' . The contents also include small sized pieces of rock sugar of which I removed half as I found the drink quite sweet if all were used. Overall taste and aroma quite pleasant once I controlled the inclluded sugar.
