As advertised except it did not have the head cleaning brush that is stated to be included according to the insert instructions. Not worth returning for this. Still disappointing. Won't buy again. Honesty & integrity matter.

My beautiful daughter inherited her mothers and grandmother peach fuzz or mustache. I would never pluck or wax it because that’s far to painful(I know from experience). And bleaching is out of the question because I don’t know the long term effects of that process on the skin. This tool however exceeded my expectations and gently and effortlessly removed her little mustache. It left the area soft and she had absolutely no irritation. Now in pictures she won’t look as though she has food on the sides of her mouth. I’d recommend this tool to any lady who’s interested in removing their mustache without the painful waxing, threading, plucking or harmful chemicals. Great size for travel and Easy to clean. Wish I had this growing up to save me all that pain and irritation!

Purchased this by chance and the reviews turns out it is a great product. It does a good job of getting the hairs on my chin and it is so easy to use. I don’t spend time ever morning pulling one or two hairs out.
