It fit perfectly into my shoes, is very comfortable and helped with my limp.

The lift was easy to install in my shoe, and has helped correct some of the trouble I was having due to my left leg being a bit shorter than my right. In general, I'm pleased with it and will probably order an addition set or two.

My Dr said to wear these to help with leg, foot and lower back pain. I didn’t believe it would help but why not try?These lifts have made a huge impact on my health!! They are easy to work up to proper size.The adhesive is just enough to keep them in place but still easy to move to a different shoe. They add the perfect amount of support so my foot doesn’t ache.I’m surprised the quality is so great and yet the price is so low.The pain on my left side has improved dramatically! I bought a few more so I can have them in all my often worn shoes.I share one with a friend and she called the next day to say how improved her back felt.

This helped a lot following a left hip replacement, however, durability is an issue. The layers used in making this item have already begun to separate and/or break free in a very short amount of time. I’ll spend more time searching for something to replace the item since I still use this one. No options for a slightly thicker item

This was recommended by a Physical Therapist who helped determine which level I needed. It is working very well for me although I found there are some shoes that I can't use with them because my foot slips out of the back as I try to walk. This is not a problem with the lift but the shoe design. My back and knee pain has significantly decreased.
