Love the smell, gives body to my silky fine hair. Used this product years ago when my kids were very young 2-3… & they’re in their early forties!Still great smell & effective. Haven’t been able to find for some years❣️

I got this to use in my hair while it has a perm in it. I didn't want something that was going to be stiff. I wanted to just give a little definition to my hair. You can put it on and scrunch it up or leave it alone. Either way it holds without being sticky or horribly stiff. I will order again.

I think b/c I'm a child of the 80s and 90s (in the Midwest, that could be a factor), I have positive associations with Paul Mitchell products. The scent of the 'freeze and shine super spray' take me right back to the late 80s, big hair, Mary Kay cosmetics, and that whole vibe. But these products withstood the test of time! Not all products (hello, leave-in conditioner) by PM work for my fine, wispy hair (the leave-in is WAY too heavy for me), but this spray gel works great for adding some definition to my hair without ANY stickiness, heaviness, greasiness, etc. My hair still feels soft even after using quite a bit of it, but it's much less wispy and it holds style much better. I don't normally spend much money on hair products, I get whatever looks good to me at Kroger or CVS lol. But my hair is challenging and I'm confident enough in Paul Mitchell products that I thought it was worth a try and I'm so glad I did. WILL re-purchase when I run out.

This is a great product, after showering I will pull my hair back in a clip, pony tail or bun since it is too time consuming and hot, I live in Florida, I then use this spray to basically "glue " down the fly away pieces I can then play tennis for hours, or put on a sun dress and sandals and look pulled together and my hair stays like this all day, love this great product!

The product itself is absolutely great. Works well with my husbands fine hair texture. However, reducing to 3 stars because the price on this has doubled.

I have hair that’s anywhere between loose curls and waves and when I want to go natural I use this spray gel. It gives my curls definition without leaving them frizzy or crunchy I would recommend it to anyone with similar hair texture.
