I love the smell of the product. I have not had any issues of itchiness or dandruff. Works very well over all, and a GREAT value.

I have always used the original. But perhaps because i am older now often times i find my scalp is itchy and dry. I confess i shampoo twice in a row and probably stripped it no fault of the classic. But. I can rewash my hair twice in a row with this stuff and not have the dry scalp afterwards even with a tight ponytail. It smells fresh. Minty. It gets rid of my pheramones which i despise lol. And lasts aaallll day. Whether i use hairspray or not i feel up to par fresh. My daughter uses it to control her dandruff. I use it to keep pheramones at bay. The ginger mint i think it was was my all time favorite but as it appears to be unavailable this is just as great feeling. The ginger was awesome though. I cannot live without this stuff. My hygiene is impeccable and this is my secret.

My wife got a sample of Paul Mitchell tea tree oil shampoo from the hairdresser. It smelled so good that I immediately went Amazon to buy some, then I saw the price. I saw Head & Shoulders tea tree oil shampoo for 1/3 the price per ounce. The Head & Shoulders is a good shampoo at a good price and it smells fine but it doesn't smell like the Paul Mitchell shampoo nor does it leave your scalp with that tingly feeling. That being said, I would buy the Head & Shoulders again, it does everything a shampoo should do and at a reasonable price.

This is has been very effective for me to manage both dandruff and greasy hair, especially in dry and cold climates. It's been the only shampoo that successfully makes my hair look clean and keep a healthy sheen.

I use head&shoulders all the time. After getting a hair cut, I wanted to go "fancy", and bought a much more expensive brand of shampoo from the hair dresser. After two weeks my head was super itchy and I had to return to head&shoulders.I used to have the unscented version, but also liked the tea tree version. It is not a strong scent. So both unscented and tea tree are fine for me.
