Only A Weasel Would Dock Stars For Cost
I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:Does exactly what it says it does.Top notch ingredientsEasy to swallowI have no problem paying a bit more if it delivers

Pricey, but is chewable. You need 2 per day. Am concerned if it is actually gluten free.
My cholesterol is on the edge so my doctor has told me to take some sort of fish oil.You can chew these, so if you have trouble swallowing pills you might want this version. This bottle did not have a fishy smell. It does not taste like fish going down and did not give me any fishy burps. I usually use the eneric coated fish version from Costco, because the non eneric does give me issues with fishy taste. This is the triglyceride form, which in theory might be better absorbed buth the cost is pretty expensive per dosage. It is cheaper to take a larger amount of the less costly version. Two a day is the dosage, so this is a 30 day supply, or about a dollar a day.I am taking a half star for cost and another star for the fact that it says “No Gluten” but has no certificate for actually being Gluten Free. No gluten phrasing makes me distrust that it is actually Gluten Free.

The Good Stuff
At the time of this writing, a bottle of this is about 30 bucks. A serving is 2 softgels which makes this a buck a serving. Is it worth it? To me, the answer is yes. Why? Quality. This is a good quality supplement with a high concentration of EPA and DHA. Not all Omega-3 supplements are created equally. Often times, the cheaper ones just don't compare. Omega-3 has so many health benefits, it's something I don't compromise on. I want the good stuff. This is the good stuff.

Good nutritional fish oil but a bit pricey
This is a good combination of EPA and DHA omega 3 fish oils, but the 60 capsule jar contains only 30 servings as each serving requires 2 capsules. That makes this item a bit pricey for its class.True, there is no fish taste after taking these capsules, but I have never had that problem with any omega-3 oil, and many are available on the market with similarly beneficial combinations of EPA and DHA oils, for a great deal less money.

Good omegas
I don't like taking fish oil because I usually burp them for hours or get indigestion. These did not cause either, so for that alone they get 5 stars. Yes they may be slightly higher than others, but to me I'd rather pay a higher price than have the stomach issues. Been taking these for almost a month and my joints are more flexible than they were when I started.

Took it along with prenatal vitamins
My prenatal didn't have the proper dose of omega/dha so I ended up using this for postpartum and I didn't not have any negative reaction to it.
