If you were to tell me that Benfotiamine can bind to and neutralize Methylglyoxal — one of the molecules most associated with every single major non-infectious, non-genetic, disease…. I’d think you’re crazy… but it does… it binds and neutralizes it safely… if you take phosphate supplements, this may improve how you feel by an order of magnitude greater than you thought possible… just dose up very slowly and make sure you get magnesium and the other micronutrients.

I am not sure that I really needed the thiamine b/c I have not noticed a marked difference since I started taking this, but Izabella Wentz recommended it so I tried it. I am going to try the other brand she mentioned next to see if anything changes, but I "think" my energy issues are more Iron/zinc/copper related so my doctor and I are trying some other things as well. Still - 90% of my supplement cabinet is Pure Encapsulations and that isn't going to change unless they do. :0)
