Easy To Use Personal BP Monitor
This personal Blood Pressure monitor is simple & easy to use with a large LCD readout screen and single button operation. It also offers atrial fibrillation screening (AFib) which looks for irregular patterns in your heartbeat as well as measuring your systolic and diastolic blood pressure. This particular model runs on 4x AA batteries (included), but does not have an option to plug directly into the mains. You get an adjustable 16 - 45cm one size fits all cuff band which has a detachable hose so you can disconnect it from the unit. The unit also has a built in memory function that will store 60 readings in memory, but it does not have the functionality to store different user profiles. Included are a set of comprehensive & detailed instructions. The cuff band itself is very comfortable, has strong velcro and I had no issues getting it on following the included instructions. The hose connects directly into the side of the blood pressure monitor, and once its in it is quite a tight fit so it won’t fall out easily, but can be a little hard to remove. As soon as you press the start button, the unit will power up and start reading straight away. Once its done - your readings will stay on the screen for around 30 seconds until the unit powers off. Thankfully, it keeps this reading in memory, and to access previous readings just hold down the power button and the unit will cycle through each previous reading. You can easily clear the memory and wipe the data if you want to start fresh as well by holding down the start button continuously until prompted to clear data. The LCD screen is not backlit, but it gives you large readouts of each of the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse rate and WHO Classification. It will also display the battery status to let you know when the batteries are low. If the unit detects irregular heartbeats (atrial fibrillation) - irregular beats, a specific heart symbol will appear at the bottom of the screen. It is important to read the instructions fully so you know what all of the different measurement stats and indicators mean.Overall, this blood pressure monitor is certainly more advanced and I like that it gives you a WHO indicator readout to easily detect either optimal, normal, high or worse blood pressure levels whilst also checking for irregular heartbeat patters. Operation could not be simpler and the detail in the instruction manual is nice to have. If you require more features such as mains power inputs, user profiles and even app connectivity, there are more advanced units available.Thank you for reading my review, if you found it helpful feel free to let me know below.

Reliable
It’s easy to use (once I started putting it on right 😂) and easy to read. As far as accuracy goes, I don’t know as I have nothing to measure against, therefore I’ve given a 4 for Accuracy. . I usually take three readings a minute or so apart, sometimes longer, to see if there’s a significant difference. Sometimes the later readings drop if I’ve been doing stuff beforehand and then settle down. However, I’ve been taking readings for 6 weeks now and there is definitely consistency. Overall I’m very pleased with this product.

Honest review, genuine purchase
I have Arterial flutter or Arrhythmia. Having had several nerves inside my heart cauterised it is difficult to feel what is happening and accurately tell if I am in or out of sinus (normal) rhythm. This devise has been a real gem. The AF warning works and whilst the pulse rate might not be spot on (but I have had senior nurses get my pulse very wrong when trying to take it from my wrist when I am in AF), the blood pressure is very accurate, compared to the devise for general use in my local health centre and compared to the ones in hospital. In fact my GP uses the bigger brother of this model in the surgery. One thing on the downside, it really could have done with being fitted with the ability to plug in to the mains (by use of a power adaptor), as it is really hard on batteries. checking blood pressure twice a day, the batteries only last for a week. I now have four high power AA rechargeable batteries in it, they may be more expensive to buy but being able to recharge them each week is a real money saver.

It's good to know that its is in line with the WHO. And at the price I would recommend this.
I needed this as I have problems with my blood pressure, and after reading the description I bought this one. It's easy to use just press the button and easy to read. It also checks your heart for an irregular beat. Holds 60 records and all the standards are inline with the WHO.

Not new.
I star: Not new, I've obviously been sent one that had been returned and now sent onto me with 2 missing batteries, so I have no idea if it works or not, or if it is covid-19 contaminated (ok, tad dramatic).
