Smells fruity yet spicy.
I have tried this yet. I bought these about two years before I used them, i ground them up in my vitamix. I cannot but wonder what this would taste like fresh. I use it two years after I bought it. It makes mung beans digest better for me. Flavor is not too strong grinded up. Overall I like it will buy again in the future.
