I tend to get cramp if my feet are too cold for my morning yoga... these socks absolutely do the trick. Toes are cozy, and the sticky bits on the underside of the sock work an absolute treat... they even make a sticky noise when on my yoga mat. The lovely thing about them too is that they come with their own little fabric pouch so you can take them to class with you without loosing one or other! The cross straps really help to keep the sock in place, as they can be a bit too sticky on the mat sometimes. That said, these are great and I would definitely recommend them, they were delivered nice and quick and they are really excellent quality. BIG THUMBS UP!

I was very surprised at the quality of these! It took me AGES to decide on a pair for yoga.. I like that the strap is attached to the heal, so they won’t slip down. I haven’t washed them yet, but others replied my question and said they wash well.They’re stretchy and soft, I’m a 4 and they fit great, but I can imagine they’ll fit most sizes, as stated. I also like that the rubber design on the bottom is a dark colour and not white - that way it’ll show the dirt less, and it’s not ‘in your face’.My only complaint really is that the bag they come with is too small to really fit both pairs well.I will definitely buy these again once they wear out - won’t even bother looking around for ages like I did before!

These are effective to help stop slipping during exercise, and even though I normally don't wear socks with separate toes, I found it easy to get used to these and comfortable enough. They seem to be good value for money, though I have not owned them long enough to see how they stand up to repeated wear and washing. My only criticism is that due to thin fabric and strong grips, I could feel the texture of the grips through the soles. When doing vigorous movement with pressure (e.g. jumping around), this can be a little uncomfortable. I realize that if the sock fabric were thicker/more cushioned, this could feel less "free" so some people might not want that either!

I bought a few pairs because I do exercise at home. They look great when they arrived, but soon after wearing them once, they ripped and the seller only gives you a 30 day period to return them. I don't recommend them

I am happy with these- they just arrived so ive not worn them much, but on first inspection they look well made and fit my feet (which are uk size 6) really well. love the way my toes can move individually! And they feel secure. They also come with a cute little bag to carry them in which I like.The grip is very good! I do not slide or move at all on my yoga matt - they also feel good for walking around the house in and I will wear them under my trainers for running (I do barefoot running) so these are ideal for my barefoot running shoes. Happy with the purchase.The fabric feels like it will not make me sweat also.
