Q: Does this let's select the pictures you want in it before buying it? or you have to print them and place them yourself when it arrives?

You have to print your own photos, I had to do a lot of trimming and glueing to get things to fit how I wanted. I used wallet sized photos on the 2 smallest layers, 4x4s on the 3rd layer and 4x6 on the final and biggest layer. I used the double sided tape that comes with the box, and I used a glue stick from home. (Learned the hard way you have to assemble the actual box too- but the results and the reaction when gifting was so worth the work!) hope this helps :)

Q: I'm missing one of the 6 sided pieces that are at the very beginning of the video is there any way i can get one sent to me?

Call the company. If you can’t get them ask someone with a cricut to cut the piece for you.
