Purchased for personal security while on walks, this little alarm is quite loud and would get someone’s attention for sure! Easy to trigger, very loud and has a strobe light that goes off as well. Lightweight and easy to add to a keyring.

It works….embarrassingly so…I’m in a new city for work. I got back to the hotel. I get out of my car and throw my keys into my bag. I start walking to the lobby when I start hearing this loud a$$ fire alarm. I go into the lobby and it’s even louder. Front desk freaking out. Restaurant folks standing around ready to evacuate. I decide not to go up the elevator cause it might be a fire. They check the panel and it says clear.They can’t figure this out.The noise is loud. Finally some dude points at me and says I think it’s coming from you. I look at him like he’s crazy. How? I said. That’s a really loud alarm, what could I have that’s so loud. My phone doesn’t get to those decibels. He points at my bag and says ma’am…it sounds like a rape alarm. I stop. Think to myself…dang, I bought one of them dang things and put it on my keychain. I open my bag and now the noise is deafening.IT WAS ME. And this dang rape alarm. Apparently when I stuffed my keys in my bag, I activated it somehow.I almost evacuated the entire hotel.I’m still embarrassed. 😂

I like that it was not too easy to activate (I was worried it might fall off the keychain and go off randomly) but it is easy enough to activate that if you were elderly or had little hand strength you could still easily activate it. I also like how aggressive the light and sound are. We tested this out in our home and it disoriented my husband and I for several minutes afterwords. This is perfect added sense of security for my morning walks and traveling/shopping alone. I would have given it 5 stars if they would have somehow linked the base of the alarm device to the top just to ensure it stays on the key ring if activated and is not lost.

We bought this for my new driving daughter and its amazing. Not oversized for her key ring. This product is loud! Super easy to use and she loves the color. I will be buying another one for me.

My girlfriend works downtown where there are a lot of vagrants and crime. I bought her this birdie along with a knife and some pepper spray. Hopefully she never needs any of them but it definitely makes both of us feel better. This personal alarm is quite loud and disorienting. Would definitely draw attention in the event she needed it. It's a bit bulky on her keychain but that makes it easier to grab and deploy. A very small price to pay for a little peace of mind.

It’s piercingly loud. This is a great item to have for personal safety whether it be camping, hiking, walking through a secluded area, or confronting threatening individuals. I don’t like that it’s advertised for women because everyone benefits from a device like this, men and children included. Very lightweight. I keep it on a key ring with pepper spray.

I work on a college campus and often am walking around in the dark. I really like that this has a bright, flashing light when activated. It is loud, but not nearly as loud as I thought it would be. I'm not really sure how I feel about that part of it (there are pros and cons). I like that you have to actively pull it to activate it, so it does not accidentally go off easily. Overall, very happy with that product. I would get them for any college student in my life.
