Yes, the batteries will still hold a charge, however, since these are Lithium batteries, you can not charge them if the batteries are below freezing. Simply take them into a warm place for a couple of hours (three would be better) before you try to charge them up. You might also want to charge them up every couple of months during the winter just to make certain they are fully charged when you need them.
