Moringa Oleifera is one of the most powerful herbals for pain & immune boosting. A brief testimonial: In the fall of 2019 debilitating arthritis appeared for the first time (I'm in my late 70s). It got worse over the winter of 2020 despite my efforts to treat it with various supplements. However, after starting the morning with Moringa tea (from Sri Lanka), things improved dramatically until now I wake up 95% pain free. Still have a little issue in the hand & wrist but overall I'm very grateful for the improvement.However, the tea lasts only a month and so I'm trying these capsules to see if I get the same results. Either way I will update this review in a month, but I'm optimistic with these caps. They are small, easy to swallow and you can also add the contents to hot water and drink it as a tea. It's a grassy flavor but not bitter. Reminds me of toasted rye for some reason. I look forward to my cup of Moringa every morning. :)

Does help decrease appetite but caused too many GI side effects

This helped me keep my supply up even up too 5mths pp!! But it’s all trial and error so keep and open mind!
