Does it plug into the irridium go? do i need the external adapter to plug this roof top antenna to the irridium go?

I bought this antenna and the adapter to use with my Iridium Go on my RV. It works great. There's no metal on the roof of my RV to stick the antenna to, so I glued a large metal washer to the roof, and the antenna sticks to it just fine. I have the flat version external antenna . is this one better gain? thanks! i currently have sat service with bluecosmo and it's great.

This is much smaller I have the flat version too. The pic makes it look larger than it is. I have used this for over a year and it is wonderful. The cable is rather short, check the length for your needs.
