Great product
I've been on a Keto diet since June and immediately lost 10 pounds. Since, I've been gradually losing, and this morning when I weighed myself I dropped another 3 lbs. The other day dropped 4 so a total of 7 lbs since last week. I have not been this weight for years. Total lbs lost 17 lbs. I'm taking the supplements and it works. I take 2 first thing in the morning with 12 oz. Of water. I wait a half hour to an hour before I eat breakfast. I drink coffee so it helps to energize my metabolism. Alot has to do with what you eat. Low carbs, high protein and moderate fat. I'll eat a few slices of pizza one a month. Excercise is beneficial for maximum results. However I've lost weight with minimal excercise. Great product. I don't feel jittery and it lasts all day. Take it faithfully everyday and you'll notice a difference.

All is fine, i do feel my appetite suppressed and it does make it easier for me to return to the Keto lifestyle after taking too long of a break lol... I am wondering if anything was done for those who received pills that fused together and melted? it concerns me about making future orders

Since I started taking the recommended dosage I've only grown hungrier. I do not recommended this product at all.

Super beneficial for Keto based diet!
These pills are great! They are big but easy to swallow and have no flavor whatsoever. For me, I needed to take 2 at once and 1 later in the day...all 3 at once upset my stomach a bit, but not at all taking them separately. I am not tracking weight loss by number but its been 2 weeks with moderate exercise and already my pants are feeling less tight! They are great for energy, and for mental clarity and focus.
