It was hard to get, but the product is good.
There was a shipping issue, so I got a refund and reordered it. My first impression after opening the box was that I really liked it. The color was exactly as I saw in the picture. The fit was good because it felt like it was glued to my feet.

These are sturdy, durable and nice men’s shoes.

Awesome shoe with a somewhat short lifespan
I owned several pairs of these shoes, and I would own many more if they were still in production. They were extremely comfortable and the waterproofing was greatly appreciated. The laces always broke quickly, but replacement laces would outlive the shoe. The lifespan of the shoe was limited by the tread wearing down quickly directly into the subsole. I don't necessarily mind that, since these shoes were comparatively cheap, but it does create landfill fodder. If these were still made, I would be ordering a pair today.

Great work shoes
Very water proof. Also polish proof. Appearance good as a work shoe. Sole wears down quickly but shoes are very comfortable, like the other Rockports I have. 👍👍👍

Worth it!
I've been wearing these shoes for 3 years now, and they're still nice and sturdy. The treads are slightly worn down, but still have much more grip than any other shoe I've had as long. They are excellent in the snow, and on ice. I periodically oil or wax the leather to keep them waterproof. The leather has broken in nicely, and I love how they look now. The inside has held up nicely, with only a slight deformation where my big toes rub against the upper-side with every step, but they show abolutely no outward sign of this. If you want a quality product that is durable, waterproof, comfortable, and (I personally think) rather good looking, you can't go wrong with these Rockports.

Failed after mere weeks of light use
These used to be great shoes but now have horrible quality: Fell apart after 6 weeks of light use. This was outside the Amazon return window so I was referred to the Rockport support site. They said it was not their problem but Amazon’s, even though I bought these from the Rockport Store on Amazon. Support didn’t even ask for a pic of how they were failing so they could learn from this. Bottom line: lousy quality and no support. Buy from another brand

Not finding them as comfortable as usual
They don’t seem to fit my feet well. Even after upgraded insoles, they are still uncomfortable on the balls of my feet.

Overall, pretty pleased. Could use an insole for padding and support.
Overall, I am pretty pleased so far. I do have some rubbing on one achilles tendon, though it is getting better as they are breaking in. I've had them for maybe 2 weeks now, and they would still murder me if I wore them for something like a full day at Disney, but they are on track for breaking in and should be fine in a couple more weeks. They could stand to have some more padding and some more arch support. I think I will be looking at some insole options to help out.I was pleased to find these as being waterproof. I haven't tested that much yet. In walking through wet grass, I had the feeling that they had leaked, but then later when I took them off, my socks were not wet, nor dye-stained, so I think that was just a change in temperature I felt, not actual moisture?Bottom line: As it stands now, I'd buy these again.
