I’ve used several cake pans over the years, but Fat Daddio’s aluminum mold is by far one of the best! The anodized aluminum ensures even heat distribution, preventing over-baking or hotspots. Cakes release easily with minimal greasing, and the pan is super easy to clean.It’s also very sturdy and doesn’t warp in the oven like some cheaper brands. Just keep in mind that aluminum doesn’t work well in the dishwasher, so hand washing is best to maintain its quality. Good pan. Well made

Great pan, very sturdy, and just the size I wanted. It says not to put it In the dishwasher, and I didn't listen and did it anyway. It now has a weird texture, and everything sticks all the time. It's not a big deal for me I grease it up with Crisco , or oil and use it anyway I haven't had any of the finish come off and it does not change the taste of the food. With the pan well-seasoned stuff doesn't stick anymore.

Sturdy. No damage or marks. Honestly haven’t used it yet, but “feels” like it will be fine. Lol.
