Marilyn Satin KushnerThe Art of Winold Reiss: An Immigrant Modernist

A lovely book, but disappointing for fans of Winold Reiss' extensive work for the Great Northern Railway. Very little mention is made of this significant portion of his professional output from the late 1920s well into the 1940s. The book itself is very well done, sturdy, and with excellent color reproductions. Just don't buy this book if you're looking for material on Reiss, the Great Northern, and Glacier National Park.
