These are good-looking curtain rods. The mounting brackets and screws are included. The end pieces are plastic, but they're dense, sturdy, and color-matched to the metal rod. It's really hard to tell they're plastic just by looking at them. The end pieces screw on, so once you have them tight, there's no way for them to accidentally fall off. I bought several for my house. They are individually packaged inside a factory retail box, and delivered inside a strong shipping box. All of mine arrived without defects, complete, and fully functional.

I ordered three of these and received one that was damaged but it was replaced and shipped promptly and aside from this mishap these are great! Beautiful design. Strong and thick. I am using them for curtains that are medium weight, ones that made the cheaper rods bow. I feel confident these will last! They came with mounting brackets, screws and wall anchors, decorative screw caps and instructions. Great price!

Exactly what I was looking for. Higher quality than department and home improvement store rods, even though the wrought iron style finials are plastic. Great value for the price. High quality and durable. Wall anchors and screws included. Love the decorative screws that hold the rod in place that give the ends a nice finishing touch.

Finial was broken upon delivery. The information online says to call or email for customer service. NO ONE answers the phone. The finials are plastic - light weight.I finally was able to speak with someone at customer serviceless. I was advised they do not have parts or do replacements. I was advised to contact Amazon. However, it say clearly for damaged or replacement parts to contact the company by phone or email.They make it very difficult to resolve an issue with their product. LAST TIME PURCHASING SOMETHING FROM - ACHIM'S FAMILY OF HOME FURNISHINGS!!!

The material feels like lightweight plastic which could be a possible godsend if you are drilling into drywall only, which I was. Easy to assemble, the rod comes in two pieces which can be expanded to your desired length, then you use the thumbscrews located on each bracket to secure the rod, thus preventing accidentally expansion. A feature I thought was awesome but not mentioned, there is a screw on each bracket you can loosen and give yourself an extra 2 inches of distance from the wall. This sort of adjustability is appreciated, especially customers wanting to use several curtains in layers.Overall, this is an economical choice for someone not wanting pure metal, it looks like the real thing without the weight, damage to your drywall, and price.

Yes, the finials are plastic, but they still look good and for this price are you really surprised?I purchased two for use at different widths, the rod that is more spread out has more weight on it and it's sill holding beautifully. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
