Sweet and refreshing, no sugar. Various odd-shaped little 'bark' pieces (like rock candy but melts in mouth quicker.) Good wintergreen flavor. Also tried the cinnamon which is good, too. It's xylitol (some natural birch form I guess) so you will taste some of that - but better and not as strongly as the powdered xylitol chemical that you may have tried if you're doing the keto thing. A little pricey I suppose, but well worth it if you're still fighting the sweet-tooth habit while cutting carbs or sugar. Be advised, if you eat too much in a sittingit may really help with any constipation you may be having. Watch your sugar-alcohols I guess if you get crazy with this stuff.

How can someone hate these? They are amazing. Do not fall victim to bad reviews unless you’ve tried it. Two ingredients and amazing. These are amazing for your teeth.

So I really like the Ice Chips brand xylitol mints, but they are ludicrously expensive (~$20 for a 5oz bag), and these ones go for $30 for a 1lb bag; still pretty expensive but definitely a whole lot cheaper and therefore worth a try.They taste pretty good, but they do have a distinct birchy flavor. You stop noticing it after a while but on comparison it is apparent. Other than that they have a nice cooling feeling and a good wintergreen flavor. I appreciate the chunk shape over the flat pieces since they last a little longer, though the tin also had quite a few tiny pieces and quite a bit of dust.I also wish the tin had a stronger piece of plastic for the window, because the tin looks really nice but the plastic piece seems pretty flimsy.Overall, I think they're good enough if you like xylitol mints and are looking to buy in bulk to save some money.

I purchased the blue raspberry ( had purchased in the past ) along with the peppermint as a special deal. Deal or no deal the taste of the peppermint one is disgusting. Waste of money. I do still like the blue raspberry.

Xylitol is great for caring for your teeth and an excellent substitute for sugar; these are really tasty and have a nice, strong mint flavor. Xylitol helps keep the bad bacteria at bay in your mouth so I like to let them melt and swish around a bit.

I don't know if I should recommend these, they are so delicious they are addictive. Try not to consume the tin in a day. LOL

These would be good IF they actually had a stronger flavor. As they are, the flavor with the wintergreen is good but, it is so weak that after a couple seconds the sweetness overpowers it so it is like you are eating sugar rocks in the end.. With the spearmint, again flavor is weak but, with that one you also get an odd fake chemical-ish flavor, not a true spearmint one..With the 3 pack spearmint, some cans where fuller than others but, only one had a 1.5 grams less and the others had actually 6-8 grams more than stated..with the wintergreen, i only bought one can so didn't notice the weight difference. Unfortunately, I did also buy a big bag of the wintergreen, it too is as weak flavored as its canister version and since it was sent in a bubble envelope, it has mostly crushed up tiny pieces in it.. Still this flavor is better than nothing in the end and since they are a bit overly sweet, they do work for an after dinner treat or when cravings show up.. however, i won't be buying anymore or trying any other flavors since both of the flavors that should of been strongest, are pretty weak..

good after meal mint. satisfies sweet craving.
