I order multiple cues from this vendor. The first few were good. However, the last few I ordered were crooked and I had to return at least 3 of them. I am not sure why is that. But the sticks are good. Return is also easy.Please address those issues.

shaft warped right out the box
nice case and accessories , but then i noticed the shaft was warped then some scratches on the butt . very disappointed after waiting over a week to receive
