Good bit of serial NOR Flash
I've used the W25Q32 chip previously for data loggers and this W25Q128 seems to be almost an in-place replacement for it. I just needed to update the code a bit to expand the storage to the full 128MB, but the interfacing code didn't need to change much.I did not do a full test burn to make sure the memory doesn't have any bad pages, but it seems to read and write without any issue. I'm running it on a 3.3v with the ESP32, and also tried it with an Arduino Nano. It works without any issue.
