Definitely worth a try, but the flavor is dominating strong, I suggest using this as a flavor infusion more than flat out mayo. Delicious but can easily overpower a dish, just a dash with regular mayo, or oh my god a pasta dish will go miles. Makes a great add in for depth, more than a flat out condiment, not because it tastes bad but in fact the flavor profile is absolutely in your face. Personally, try a pasta with broccoli with a hint of butter and some of this! Or make tuna, chicken or egg salad an instant hit for parties. Keep the secret to yourself! Absolute epic as a culinary background

When I bought this product, I couldn't wait to try it. I was really looking forward to trying it as I love different condiment flavors, especially for sanwiches. I received it today in an Amazon envelope that was partly open. The two jars were in a small black box that was slightly damaged. Inside the box you could smell oil and see oil stains. At first I didn't know if the stain was due to the jars or maybe the oil stains were just factory residue which could be fine.When I took the jars out of the box, you could see total separation within the mayo jar and slight separation in the spicy mayo jar. I shook both jars to see if the separation was just due to the ingredients not having a separating agent. I shook the spicy mayo jar and it seemed fine, even though it had some small amount of separation, but when I shook the mayo jar, it sounded like a pure liquid, something a mayonnaise jar should NEVER sound like when shaken. The jars were greasy and the lids didn't seem like they were on tight. I could smell truffle oil emanating from the box Even though the plastic tamper-proof piece was still intact, I could tell something wasn't right still. You could see oil leakage underneath the tamper-proof plastic on both jars. When I tried to tighten the mayo jar a little bit, the tamper-proof plastic popped off by itself as a large split in the lid now became very apparent. I opened the mayo jar and stirred the contents. No amount of stirring remixed the ingredients and oil stayed floating at the top of the jar. Obviously I had to thrown both jars in the trash as air had entered the products.I'm very unhappy with the experience for two reasons:1. I couldn't wait to try out some new mayo that sounded good, especially from some reviews.2. Even though the seller's page said the product is not eleigible for return, it said it was eligible for replacement or refund. There is zero way to request either of those from the seller's Amazon page and that makes the company untrustworty just by itself, to me, in my opinion.I don't know if the company reads these reviews, but if it does, know something with your process is definitely not right.

The taste is great, as to be expected. I bought this because it was on sale and I thought it was a really good deal. To be fair, it still was for a TRUFF product, but I hadn't expected the bottles to be so small haha. So, keep that in mind when buying! You are basically paying for one normal-sized jar of typical mayo, so if that's not worth it to you, maybe wait on this purchase. I think if anything it's more worth it to put money toward the mix set (spicy and regular), because then you get more bang for your buck :)

I have ordered this stuff multiple times and it is delicious (5 stars for deliciousness) but mine was separated and when I mixed it up its just mostly oil still. There are some other reviews on this product that have pictures of the similar case so 0 stars for that since it is expensive and Amazon says I cannot get my money back for weird overly oily separated product because it is food.

I have tried a bunch of truff stuff and some i like some i dont, this is one of the good ones. Id buy the spicy mayo by itself. Great on sandwiches
