I swapped out my normal Wellman vitamins for these Vitl Male Multivitamin. The pack that arrived had over 12 months of remaining shelf life; which is great for something that lasts a month if taken daily. They come in a glass jar that is recyclable; and opening the safety foil there was a familiar mineral vitamin smell. The capsules are about 2cm long but are easy to swallow with some water; these are decidedly not gummy vitamins. You also need to take them with a meal to get the best adsorption of the contents.They are also comprehensive and lean towards exceeding daily reccomended values (ignore the NRV%'s these are daily recommended values. Whilst everyone is worrying about vitamin d and its links to covid its unsurprising to see a new vitamin launch with more than twice the recommended 10mg daily amount of vitamin d. I particularly like that these have Iodine in them; my family has a history of thyroid issues and unless you drown your food in salt or live beside the sea its not something that is easy to get into your diet. So its good to get a top up.They haven't revolutionised by life; but I was taking vitamins before. The glass bottle is not something I would take on vacation; but that aside these are a comprehensive easy to use vitamin for grown ups.

If you going to make a stinky capsule, atleast make sure it works and makes a noticeable positive feel.

The vitamins come in a simple glass jar which is a nice touch for those with sustainability in mind - however the aluminium seal used is very weak, mine came half off with the cap.The vitamins themselves seem to be great, made with high quality forms of vitamin and good dosages and I certainly feel more alert when taking them!One drawback is the taste of the capsule, unfortunately it does taste quite strong with a bit of an after taste but that is easily diminished by taking them with a strong flavoured drink like coffee.

The product is not useable. It is not of the same quality as I buy in the shops. I am concerned the product is not as advertised. It does not smell or look right. The protective seal was broken on the first bottle I opened. In the picture the bottle I bought from the shops (bottle on the right) differs from the bottle I bought on Amazon (bottle on the left) and it expires this year instead of 2024. It is not possible to return these items. So BEWARE and don’t purchase them in the first place.

Difficult to know what to say when reviewing tablets. Do they or any such tablets really work? I really do not have a clue but I take them anyway. I am sure multivitamins must do some good. These tablets contain zinc, Vitamins D, E, K, C etc and plenty of other things the experts say are good for the body. They are in capsule size and easy enough to swallow. They have a citrus type smell. A good all in one multi vitamin capsule which saves on buying individual tablets for the different vitamins. I much prefer the al in one.

These are easy to take and have no nasty after taste. My husband has been taking these every other day and although eh hasn't noticed any massive changed he says its nice to know he's taking something that is keeping him healthy and looking after himself from the inside out.
