Tastes Fantiastic!
I use it to make my own malted milk powder. I'm lactose intollerant and wanted some lactose free malted milk powder. So I mix it with lactose free whole millk powder (also from Amazon). Makes fantastic malts! As good if not better than the premade stuff.

Great for malt milk!!
I’m vegan so I don’t want to by malted milk powder as it has dry milk powder in it usually. I just use this to mix into my oat milk to make my own malted milk. I add vanilla, sugar, and sometimes cinnamon. Turns out great! Only thing is that you should use steaming hot milk or water and a milk frother/ immersion blender/ blender to get the malt powder to mix well without clumping.

Convenient and great
I like that it's powder. Earlier to use than syrup. Gives a great sheen to breads and keeps it softer for longer.

Bagels, anyone?
Baking is a hobby of mine. Recently I returned to making bagels. The above ingredient is an essential part of making your own bagels. And why? Because of the present system of distribution baking companies are adding more preservatives to their products. Not good for you. And that has made me ill. So back to bagel making. So, be healthy and make your bagels (unless you live in NYC where, quite frankly, the best bagel bakeries can be found). And, unfortunately, I am nowhere near NYC. Cheers!
