Mid 2020 Apple iMac with 3.3GHz 6 Core 10th Gen Intel Core i5 (27 inch Retina 5K, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD) (Renewed)

I’m very pleased with the quality of this iMac. It was delivered as described. No surprises. Nothing damaged. I don't like the keyboard and mouse that came with it. They use the very old style of USB mini and not USB C. The screen is beautiful and big! I’m losing my vision, so having a big screen helps me at work. The iMac is still being supported by Apple, so it was able to update to the latest version: Sequoia. I’m able to share the screen wirelessly to other Apple products as well as share other screens to it. Now, my iPad is 27". Fast? Yes it is very fast. For work, I need to run an alternative OS which this does through a 3rd party. It runs the emulated OS faster than the device that ran the same OS natively. I’m very pleased with my new iMac. I cannot believe Apple stopped making 27" iMacs. I ended up buying a 2nd iMac with the same specs for my coworker because he was envious and needed the big screen too! We both work in IT. I’m a database developer & Compliance Officer. He's a Lead IT Tech. This big screen makes it easiest to see the data! I’ve now got it hooked up to 3 screens!

So far no dislikes. I am a doctor and psychiatrist so it really comes in handy. I belong to several medical programs plus my family members are scattered and I enjoy keeping up!

the iMac is great but the janky little jeyboard did not function. The mouse is intermittent so I will be replacing it. The Mac with OS Montetey 12.3 is great

I have used Macs all of my life and am very pleased with the renewed MacBook Air. I was initially skeptical of buying a renewed computer, but it has worked perfectly. Amen! One less headache.

Do not buy anything from this seller, he sells defective and incomplete things, I bought this computer and it came without the cable to charge the keyboard and using my own cable the keyboard and mouse do not want to work

Word to the wise, never order a “refreshed” Mac. I received a completely non-working item. It would not even turn on. Also, support was more interested in getting me to use the warranty and go to a store to repair than just returning it. What a hassle. I ended up just buying a brand new one which worked fine. The return refund is taking forever.1/27- still waiting for the refund. By far the worst experience with an Amazon purchase I’ve had.

The description said that it had 8 go of graphic card and it only have 4, everything else is perfect but it shouldn’t be showing wrong descriptions to the people, I’m boxing up everything to return it, I would like an answer
