Unfortunately, we do not have the Fresh Roll-on separately; We are very sorry for this matter.

What is the dilution rate?

That I don't know. My personal ones that I've made myself run from 5-10 drops of EO and then fill up with the FCO.

Can you reuse the bottles?

You can! The metal ball attaches to a plastic piece that pops off if you get a fingernail under it.
