Reliable, well made
Had this for a while now and it gets used a fair bit,such a great piece of kit, still working as good as the day I got it. With converters you can crack nuts/bolts off with a spanner then use this to do the donkey work of undoing it.battery still holds charge good.

Great tool for the price
I have always used snap on tools as a professional mechanic but nowadays I only use my tools 2 or 3 times a month so I decided to purchase this ratchet and so far it has been brilliant.With limited use I would recommend this tool but only time will tell about its longevity.I have only had to charge it once so far and the performance has been right up there with the best.I am impressed but only time will tell.

Does the job
I'm working in the garage so this little thing helps me with everyday work related tasks. It is just what I needed. Very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended tool to have in your toolbox

Good torque rachet wrench but expensive
The media could not be loaded. This is a good torque rachet wrench, it has decent weight to it (905g - I assume the 1.5kg in the description is the product and charger in the box). It has a good paddle trigger, it is well balanced and sits well in the hand with the full rubber coat hand grip. It has a forward/reverse switch option. It charges quickly and has the benefit that the battery can be interchanged with other tools within the G12 range. It has a built in LED light to assist with working in tight and dark spaces. It's a powerful rachet wrench of reputable make. It comes with a charger, a battery and the torque ratchet wrench. It does not come with any sockets. It is at the higher range of price compared with similar items and perhaps you are paying for that reputation. Advantages are reduced fatigue, speed, works in tight spaces when you don't have the swing room e.g. in an engine bay.I recommend the tool but suggest you search further if you are on a realistic budget.

Used once now doesn't charge
Very disappointed saved my money up for this tool and it broke after two weeks. I only used it once now the battery doesn't charge up at all!?
