Don’t buy second hand it comes really dirty and the p&p is so much the price difference for new is pennies.But this is a super cute little gem I love it and I’m gonna buy more as gifts. Spread the self love!

This book is so awesome
This book really I took my time to read and review on what I read about self care and I honestly really really liked this so much , I got a journal and wrote on how I feel on some quotes I would feel . It’s a really great book , amazing quotes and the book itself was really nice nice cover
